They meet regularly to pray, discern God’s direction for our community, and ensure that we remain rooted in our mission to Fill the City with the Message, Life, and Fame of Jesus.

Eric & Zuki Mtimkulu
Vibrant and full of life, Eric and Zuki bring a contagious energy and deep warmth to our community. Eric leads with a passionate and attentive heart, always prioritizing listening and investing in the lives of others. On Sundays, he delivers powerful, faith-filled messages that inspire us to live with clear purpose.
Zuki’s angelic voice and kind-hearted spirit reflect her genuine love for people; her joyful presence and welcoming smile ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels instantly at home. Together with their three wonderful children, they lead our church family with grace, faith, and wholehearted dedication.

Deeply appreciated by our church family, Ryan and Shelly bring a refreshing blend of humor and heart to our community. Ryan’s down-to-earth preaching style and quick wit offer both laughter and profound insight, while Shelly’s attentive nature and ever-present smile create an atmosphere where everyone feels truly seen and at home. Their gift for hospitality is a natural extension of their genuine love for people.
As "marketplace" elders, they balance their ministry roles with professional careers—Ryan in travel eventing and Shelly in online education. They are the proud parents of two daughters and a son. Together, they provide vital leadership by overseeing Doctrine, Hospitality, and Next Gen ministries, ensuring a firm foundation and a welcoming future for our church.
ElderStephan & Charlotte Potgieter
Serving as our Marketplace Elders, Stephan and Charlotte bring a beautiful blend of leadership and heart to our community.
Stephan balances his roles as a local high school teacher and guest preacher with a focus on building strategic inter-church partnerships. Charlotte, while raising their three energetic boys and pursuing her passion for dance, provides the organizational backbone for our church’s initiatives.
Together, they steward our church’s doctrine and organizational leadership.
ElderGrant & Kirran Edmond
This creative and caring couple brings a thoughtful and intentional presence to our eldership team. Grant is a discerning leader known for his ability to bring clarity to complex situations, a skill he utilizes both in his professional career and within the church body. Kirran complements this with her artistic eye and warmth, often lending her creative touch to church events to ensure every space feels welcoming and meaningful.
As parents to two lovely children, they lead with a heart for the family and the community. Together, they oversee Discipleship, Media (Worship Aspect), and the Mercy Fund, ensuring our church remains both spiritually grounded and practically compassionate.
ElderGreg & Laura Macfarlane
Greg and Laura bring a unique combination of professional excellence and a heart for service to our leadership team. Greg plays a vital role both on the frontlines of worship and behind the scenes, ensuring the worship team operates with excellence. He is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship as a tool for social impact, job creation, and economic development.
Laura, an attorney at an international law firm, carries a sweet and attentive presence, reflecting a genuine desire to see everyone thrive. As loving parents to their young son, they frequently open their home to foster deep, personal connections within the church family. Together, they oversee Finances, Evangelism, and Worship.
